 VIllage Board Meets: Second Wednesday of each month, 7 p.m. Held at the Village Hall, 8892 South Street, Weedsport NY, 13166 Joint Planning Board: The Joint Planning Board meets at the Town of Brutus Offices, generally the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. Persons wishing to appear before the Joint Planning Board should contact the Town of Brutus at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting. Zoning Board of Appeals Meets: Third Thursday of any month in which an application is received. Held at the Village Hall. Applicants for variances must file with the Village Clerk and pay a $35 fee to cover advertisement and mailings. Public notice must be given a minimum of 7 days prior to the meeting so persons should apply as soon as possible. Court Meets: Monday evenings at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall, Justice Glynn Fritsch presiding. The court clerk is Wendy Bates. Phone: (315) 834-8634.
