Building Permits are needed for most work. If you have a question on whether a permit is needed, please call the Village Office (315) 834-6634. The Building Inspector is available on Saturday mornings at the Town of Brutus Office. There is a fee and an application should be applied for a minimum of 2 weeks before work is scheduled to begin.
